[MapProxy] mapproxy cache plugin

I was reviewing the ability to write custom plugins and was wondering if
this could support new cache types as well?

I have a MapCache riak cache that uses a different bucket / key structure
than MapProxy and I was hoping to use this cache directly from Mapproxy,
