[MapProxy] New MapProxy Releases - Updates Advised!

A bunch of Mapproxy release have appeared in the past hours.

These releases adress some major security issues in the demo page, which 
we have been informed of.

*It is advised to either disable the demo page in your applications or 
update your MapProxy installations to the latest versions.*

Besides the latest version 4.0.2, the patches have also been backported 
to older Mapproxy major versions for the people that do or can not 
update to newer major releases.

The fixed versions are:

4.02

3.1.4

2.2.1

1.16.1


The releases can be found on pypi and the docker images on github are 
also being build for the patched versions right now.

A detailed description of the issues will be released in the upcoming days.
