[MapProxy] Problem with EPSG:31254 (MGI-Austira_West) (north, west coordinates)

Hi!

Is this not correct?
https://epsg.io/transform#s_srs=3857&t_srs=31254&x=1046623.5500000&y=5913212.7300000

Press the show on map under 3857 also.
