[geojquery] geojquery now maintained by a team

Hi all,

geojquery is not maintained by a team [1]. I've added Christian Wygoda 
as an admin (no one was against it, so everyone loves the idea :)

I'm not sure what happens when I add someone as a member. It looks like 
there are admin, committers and reviewers. I'd like to keep the number 
of people assigned to those quite low atm. I know a lot of people are 
excited about geojquery, but I don't want to end up with zillions of 
reviewers, but only a handful of them actually does reviews.
