[geojquery] jQuery UI widget factory

Hi Christoph,

Please go ahead and do things in the SVN as soon as you have access. I 
-- personally -- think that this is the only way to get this started: Do 
stuff. We can always rework/refactor things later. So feel free do 
whatever you want.
