[geojquery] BOF @ FOSSGIS "GeoJQuery"

Hi Eric,

we discussed that topic at the BOF. We came to the consensus that we
start with providing easier access to OpenLayers with a jQuery-ish API.
Probably heavily influenced by the work the gquery people are proposing.

The next step will be about building advanced features (Mapfosh-like)
based on that API.
