[MapQuery] Merge Request: Offline data

Hi,

I added some offline data, taken from Natural Earth (
http://www.naturalearthdata.com/, Public Domain) and changed example1 to use
it when offline (which is a setting inside example1.js).
This merge request also adds GML support to core.
