[geojquery] Repository URLs changed from geojquery to mapquery

Hi all,

I've renamed the Gitorious project and the repositories from geojquery 
to mapquery. You can find it now at http://gitorious.org/mapquery

As the repo URLs changed, you have to change them in your 
clones/checkouts as well. You can't rename the remote URLs via git, you 
would need to remove it and recreate it again. My proposition is to edit 
the ".git/config" (in your clone) directly. Just replace the "geojquery" 
in the URLs with "mapquery".
