[Mapquery] New admin for Gitorious repo

Hi all,

I've added Anne Blankert as an admin to the MapQuery Gitorious repo. We
talked about it before, but I wanted to wait until the renaming is done.

One of the reasons is that I want to get OpenLayers style commits in
place as soon as possible. Which means that changes always need a review
and are never committed without it. Though I still need to write the
basic workflow documentation first :)
