[MapQuery] Docs review and release?

Hi all,

My marathon session of writing the initial documentation is finished. 
All the *.js files in /src have some kind of documentation. Can you kind 
folks have a look fix errors, spot inconsistencies and elaborate on 
them? Especially mqPopup.js, mqFeatureInfo.js and popup.js can use some 
more love.

Also other texts, like those found on http://mapquery.org/ and 
http://mapquery.org/docs/ can benefit from more input.

Since this concludes the writing of the first set of widgets, docs and 
tests I would like to know how you guys about a 0.1 release?
