[MapQuery] Spam on list admin interface

Folks,
spam traffic is becoming a nuissance on this list. Due to the settings
it only ends up on the administrator's interface (good). But it ends up
with the list administrators (sigh) and we have to deal with it. From
now on I will delete everythign that ends up there without looking into
it any deeper so please make sure that all who mail to this list are
registered or forward things with your onw account so they don't get
stuck in the admin interface.
