[MapQuery] unit tests break

Hi all,

I'm working again on mapquery and I noticed that the unit tests break;
The core test is requesting a geojson bbox from http://max.ic.ht/sf_public_schools/_design/geo/_rewrite/data?bbox=-123,37.72,-121,37.75&callback=OpenLayers.Protocol.Script.registry%5B1%5D but that fails.
Volker: do you know if this is a temporary thing or should we look for a different service to provide the geojson?

Also the Popup widget test fails, not sure yet why. The demos all work though.

I've updated both jQuery and jQueryUI and the errors are exactly the same; there's no regression so I've pushed the changes to github.

I'm now looking into the popup test problem
