[MapQuery] Event handling improvements

Hi all,

as I mentioned in previous mails, I'm working on better event handling.
I've pushed the current code to my own Github account into the
eventhandling branch [1]. Although I think the event handling is good
now, the popup and feature info widgets are broken. For those I need the
improved feature support, which I'm implementing next. Hence I haven't
pushed it to the official MapQuery repository.
