[MapQuery] Sidebar-Layers Synchronization Recommendation

At this writing, I lean towards jqGrid - http://www.trirand.com/blog/
- to some extent because of the documentation I've looked at, as well
as the capabilities.

But i wasn't aware of a "notoriously weak" reputation; there seemed to
be no shortage of them when I first searched.  Viability of some of
these unknown, of course,.
