[MapQuery] Request for help to create the population.map file - layerManager

Hi,
I have a requirement to display various colors on the map with the response
from service dynamically. I am planning to use the layer manager part from
your example and found that the coloring happens based on the
population.map file. Please let me know how I could create the
population.map file for my data.
