  Stop using an msautotest submodule

by default use git://github.com/mapserver/msautotest.git with a branch
named like the current mapserver branch, or override this by
adding a line on its own in the commit message that exactly follows the
syntax repo at sha, e.g.:

msautotest=git://github.com/tbonfort/msautotest.git@master
