  Improved interpolation's reprojection performance (#7647)

* interpolation.c: reuse reprojector across shapes (fixes #7258)

Builds the reprojector once and reuses it to avoid expensive reprojector creation, similar to what was done before MapServer 8.0.0, but reuses the better cache reprojection implemented by Even Rouault in maplayer.c

* reprojectionHeatmapTest: added test for heatmap reprojection (fixes #7258)
