[mapserver-dev] Map server 3.7 scale bar

Folks,
 
Does this feature happen to be broken when generating RGBA PNG images ?
I'm getting a white rectangle for my scale bar and I'm wondering if I
broke something during a merge.
 
If it's broken I can take poke at fixing it, particularly if any of you
can provide some hints.
