[Mapserver-dev] Error raised by msSearchDiskTree

Hi all, hope spring is as pleasant for you as it is here
in Colorado.

Would anyone mind if I were to change the error type raised
from msSearchDiskTree when the shapetree index can't be
found?  I'd like to change it from MS_IOERR to something that
lets the failure be more properly caught.
