[Mapserver-dev] Yanking GD 1 and Freetype 1 support from CVS version...

I'll do that. I'm just about done mucking with the configure.in script.
Just need a
way to differentiate GD2 from GD1. There must be a function so I need
to read
the docs at boutell.com. I should commit changes tonite.

... and perhaps when you commit those changes it would be a good time
to
change the version information to 4.0-dev.  I don't think there were
objections from anyone against switching the version to 4.0 for this
upcoming release.
