[Mapserver-dev] tag processing in templates

Oopps... sorry for the lack of replies... your message was still in my 
Inbox with a pile of others... short answer is that it's quite possible 
that quotes aren't supported, we would have to implement that. Filing a 
bug will ensure we don't forget... please include me in the CC. I'm not 
sure when I would have time to look at this so if there is any other 
taker then fine...
