[Mapserver-dev] nightly build problem with PHP/Mapscript

Hi all,

This is probably for Daniel.

The last two nightly builds have two small problems with 
PHP/Mapscript. mapscript/php3/mapscript_i.c needs the path argument 
removed from the calls to msLayerOpen() and msSHPOpenFile()
