[Mapserver-dev] MapServer 4.0 beta1?

Hi Steve,

Hopefully it won't be too late when you get this...

A few last minute fixes were committed and I created a cvs tag for 4.0
beta1 called 'rel-4-0-0-beta1'.

Assefa is going to build new windows binaries for this version and place
them on our download site at http://www2.dmsolutions.ca/mapserver/dl/

BTW, I assume you'll be out for beers tonight with all the others that
were making plans on the mapserver-users list yesterday?  So we'll see
you there then.
