[Mapserver-dev] cvs segfaults!

Remember that it is a development version and may not always be stable.
However, I know where the issue is. Will fix ASAP.

Hi developers,

mapserver cvs segfaults. Gdb sais it is line 68 in cgiutils.c.
Both mapserv and php_mapscript are completely unusuable. They crash on
the 
simplest request.
