[Mapserver-dev] jBox

I just committed a few changes to jBox:

1. I put an Ant build.xml in CVS. This is my first encounter with Ant, 
so any comments would be welcome.

2. I added a version number and public version method().

3. I added area calculation to the "measure tool".

4. I pulled the evalThread class out of jBox and jBoxPNG and put it into 
its own file because Ant was trying to build it twice which generated an 
error.
