I've submitted a patch to MapServer bugzilla to improve the client-side
imagemap output a bit.  Cleaned up the C code and the HTML output, and
added some OUTPUTFORMAT options to make the various HTML attributes
customizable.

If any of you are (still) playing around with client-side imagemaps, I'd
be interested to hear your impressions.
