[Mapserver-dev] 2 new files in CVS HEAD

Hi all,

Today I added classobject.c and layerobject.c, patterned
after the mapobject.c file Frank created.  These files
contain functions previously found in maputil.c.  I also
have plans to move code from the swig mapscript interface
files into these new files so that they can be shared with
php mapscript.

Makefile.vc and Makefile.in have been updated.
