I tried a GetMap on your server and it crashes as well.  Did you rerun 
configure and do a make clean?

FYI I am able to do a GetCapabilities here with the 4.3 CVS source from 
a couple of hours ago... I'mnot saying there is not a bug soewhere, but 
it's not trivial to reproduce. It's possibly something specific to your 
mapfile or data and we can't help without a testcase to reproduce 
locally (mapfile and data: a remote URL isn't enough).
