[Mapserver-dev] creating some default symbols

Hi Daniel,

I'd prefer that symbol names be unique.  Assefa has implemented
something like namespaces with the sld_mark_* names and I like it.
Maybe we just need to make some shortcuts for users so they can
use

   SYMBOL MS_CIRCLE   # index 1

rather than typing "sld_mark_circle"?
