[Mapserver-dev] Important change to WMS layers (client connections)

Hi everyone,

I have committed a few minutes ago a large set of changes, mainly in 
mapwmslayer.c, to allow MapServer to combine adjacent WMS layers coming 
from the same server into a single request when possible, which should 
hopefully result in a big gain in performance in mapfiles with several 
WMS layers.  This was bug 116:

My first round of tests shows that things seem to still work properly, 
but if you notice problems in that area of the code after doing a new 
build then please let me know, or even better file a bug in bugzilla.
