[Mapserver-dev] WCS on Windows

Just wondering if anyone has successfully compiled and ran MapServer
with WCS support on Win32?  I tried it a while back but the resulting
binary wouldn't run beyond "mapserv.exe -v" (or rather Windows XP kept
giving errors when running as CGI program).  If anyone has gotten it to
work, could you please share how you did it?
