[Mapserver-dev] Change in symbols default size

Today I will work on bug 751.

This will have an impact on the way MapServer sets the symbol default 
size. Instead of being always 1, it will become the symbol extent. 
Internaly, the symbol size will be initialized to -1 and the function 
msSymbolGetDefaultSize() will define the size of the symbol. More 
details in te bug.
