[Mapserver-dev] FastCGI Progress

Folks,

FastCGI support and new connection pooling is now working fine for me
for WMS.  I am moving on to other tasks for a bit while Refractions tests
this with SDE.  I eagerly await a decision on whether or not it can go into
4.3/4.4.
