MapServer 4.6 CVS branched

Hi,

The MapServer source code CVS has been branched a few minutes ago for 
the 4.6 release. This means that starting now:

- The main trunk in CVS becomes the 4.7/4.8 development version (unless 
we decide to go for 5.0 as the next release).

- The stable 4.6 branch is called "branch-4-6". Fixes for the 4.6.x 
point releases should be made in that branch as well as in the main 
trunk. As for previous releases, there should be NO new development or 
NO new features in the stable 4.6 branch, only bug fixes that have very 
low risk of breaking something else.


Finally, the 4.6.0 release has been tagged as rel-4-6-0 in CVS. Steve: 
can you please post the new release to the website?
