Status of MapServer 4.8 RFCs

Here is the list of RFCs that should be applicable to MapServer 4.8 and 
their status as far as I can tell:


* MS RFC 2: Creating line features and/or shapes using WKT

Steve, is this done in 4.8?


* MS RFC 3: Layer Plug-in Architecture
* MS RFC 8: Pluggable External Feature Layer Providers

Jani confirmed these are done.


* MS RFC 4: MapServer Raster Resampling
* MS RFC 5: MapServer Horizon Reprojection Improvements

I believe these two are complete (done by Frank before the code freeze)


* MS RFC 6: Color Range Mapping of Continuous Feature Values

What is the status of this? (Bill?)
