Mapserver compilation with mygis on windows

place
#define u_int16_t short
#define u_int32_t long
somewhere at the top of mapmygis.c. That should do the trick.
Anyway, AFAIK MyGIS support for mapserver has been discontinued as for
the 4.6 release. So you'll probably have a hard time if you need further
help on this topic as there aren't many experienced users of MyGIS
around any more (at least I think so).
