Status of RFC 12?

Hi,
I got back last week and had some old work to catch up with so I was
going to raise this issue again later this week.

I am going to add some other tests to see if I can sort out a
potential memory leak problem with Oracle connection poolingby using
unit tests (se http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=1662).
Hopefully after this (if it works AND IF I can get a copy of oracle
spatial) more people will give a positive feedback.
Of course such an activity is going to take time so further commeting
or adoption will be delayed even more.

I'll try to raise the priority of this item to keep the discussion
going while it's fresh.

Best regards,
Umberto
