MapServer PSC?

I have started work on a revised RFC 1 and will try and get that out for review next week.

Steve,

My suggestion is that we pass a revised RFC-1 with an altered name, and
some updates in the details of what falls in the purvue of the committee.
We might want to consider an additional member or two to broaden things
beyond the strictly technical.

I would suggest this RFC update should be distributed on mapserver-users
as well since it affects the whole community.
