Tamas is one of the active voices today on the mapserver lists, and  
has a great track record of patches contributed to improve the C#  
mapscript bindings. Tamas is thoughtful and thorough, and would bring  
to the project a great deal of MSVC, .NET, and C# expertise. He's  
eager to become a commiter, and would be a great addition to the  
team. How about it?
