As far as I know I will have no chance to make activity for 4.8.2 so the
following pending issues may be considerable to include for C#:

1. http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=1704 propagating
multiple errors (not only for C#)
2. Missing typemaps (completed, but not thoroughly tested) for C# to support
char**, int**, outputFormatObj**

In my opinion 1. would be considerable and 2. might be delayed since C#
folks are not starveling to have (ProcessXXXTemplates, DBInfo,
shapeObj.values etc.) working. Some of them are replaceable. (But it is not
crucial to delay 1. as well)
