WMS GetMap using HTTP POST

Hi list,

are there any plans to support GetMap using HTTP POST?

Right now we have to save SLD documents on a webserver, and reference 
them in the GetMap request, otherwise the SLD-WMS urls are getting too 
long for Apache too handle. This is not ideal ofcourse since you never 
know when you can delete them from the webserver. Especially when you 
would allow saving state from your application using Web Map Context 
(WMC) documents.
