RFC 16: MapScript WxS Services

Hi There,

  For me at the end of the day, having ogc services available through 
mapscript is the most imporatant part of all this. As mentionned, there 
could be another project/RFC to adress Tamas concerns, but I would hate 
to "loose" this feature now.  I would vote +1 and would certainly try to 
syn the php mapscript to the new additions.
