The bounding box request is different to the bbox received

Bart,

I think 1645 only applies to non-WMS requests, since in WMS mode
the NON_SQUARE thing gets turned on automatically if needed.  In
any event, it seems that the request below is a square region with
a square request size so the pixels are already square.

It does seem that there is some sort of problem.  If you can create a bug
report with data, mapfiles and any other supporting information required
linked from it, I can try to dig into what is happening.  Please assign
the bug report directly to me.
