Here are the minutes of this morning's MapServer 4.10 release IRC meeting:

A few issues left to fix before Wednesday, but there was
no mention of any blocker for rc1.


2- 4.10-rc1 Wednesday Sept 27

Here's the plan:
- cvs commit freeze Wednesday morning
- everyone should test on their respective platform during
   the day Wednesday
- 4.10.0-rc1 will be backage Wednesday night

If all goes well with rc1 then the final release will be on
Wednesday October 4th.
