MapServer 5.0: Plone questionnaire to act as testing report

All,

It was decided during the August 3rd IRC meeting that the QA checklist 
for MapServer R5.0 be replaced by a Plone questionnaire,   It will, I 
hope, ease the work of the testers to report their testing results.  I 
encourage experience users to go through their MapServer application and 
report any issues found.
