SVN somewhat broken

Folks,

trying to compile a current SVN snapshot on Windows/VC8 with GDAL 
enabled but OGR disabled I get this:

mapogr.cpp
mapogr.cpp(665) : error C2065: 'ACQUIRE_OLD_OGR_LOCK' : undeclared 
identifier
mapogr.cpp(669) : error C2065: 'RELEASE_OLD_OGR_LOCK' : undeclared 
identifier

I fixed it by moving the lines 73-84 of mapogr.cpp inside the #if 
starting at line 37. Just wanted to let you know.
