WMS DescribeLayer: version attribute

Hi list,

currently a WMS DescribeLayer request outputs version="1.1.0" should this
not be updated to "1.1.1"?

msIO_printf("<WMS_DescribeLayerResponse version=\"1.1.0\" >\n");

Or alternatively to the version requested (the url parameter value)?
