Swig version used for nightly builds and releases...

Hi all: Is there any reason I shouldn't upgrade the swig version on the
cvs machine from 1.3.21 to 1.3.29? It's
used to pre-build bindings for folks. I'd like to add C# but it
requires the newer version of Swig. Personally I
use 1.3.29 all the time with perl and some python with no problems, not
sure about java though.
