MapServer 5.0 IRC meeting this week

SteveL is also not available next week, except for Monday, but then 
several others responded in the questionnaire that Monday was not good 
for them, so next week is worse than what we had for this week.

Since it's too short notice to do it this morning, I propose that we 
have our IRC meeting tomorrow Friday July 13th at 11am CDT (noon EDT):
