fgs msx test binaries

Folks,

I have added GEOS and AGG support for my "FGS MSX" testing environment
described at:

http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/development/release_plans/mapserver_5_0/fgs-msx-5.0

I have also setup the scripts to do nightly builds so it should be possible
to get pretty much the latest and greatest at any time.

As mentioned before, this is intended to make it easy for folks to test
the latest MapServer 5 binaries built from subversion on Linux x86 systems.

Currently the msautotest/gdal and msautotest/misc tests pass 100% with
these binaries.
